Aron is an expert in the evaluating, underwriting, structuring, and closing of institutional-grade real estate transactions. Aron has transacted on over $400 million of real estate throughout his career including the acquisition, development, repositioning, and stabilization of properties in the multifamily, office, industrial, and retail asset classes. He has experience in almost all of the 50 states and has an extensive network which helps RealtyFolio maintain a stable flow of high-quality deals and sound underwriting. He takes a conservative approach to all aspects of business and preaches to always “inspect what you expect.” He attended the University of Maryland where he earned a degree in Business with a Specialization in Entrepreneurship from the Smith School of Business.

Murat is a 37 years old Industrial Engineer who is well respected in the software development world. He started coding in 2000s with ASP and continued in his career as a senior team leader in several companies with various programming languages (such as .Net, PHP, NodeJS, Python etc.) He's also proficient with server infrastructure management and is a huge fan of big data.

Eran has been involved in the purchase of hundreds of residential properties. In recent years, Eran has turned to multifamily housing as his niche, buying, selling, developing and managing countless properties. His concrete ties with those in the field have given him the reputation of a savvy, street and tenant friendly investor.
